WE’VE EXTENDED THE ‘VALID UNTIL’ DATE FOR UNUSED GIFT VOUCHERS DUE TO EXPIRE FROM JUNE 2020 ONWARDS.
Many of our customers bought Electric Palace Gift Vouchers for friends and family in the months leading up to the March 2020 lockdown.
All Gift vouchers are originally valid for 12 months.
(ie a voucher purchased on 1 June 2019 would expire on 31 May 2020)
As tickets are now going on sale for our new 2021 & 2022 events, we’re keen for Gift Voucher holders to have the opportunity to redeem them.
Expiry dates for Gift Vouchers have now been extended as follows :
