Following a request from the government for venues to voluntarily shut down as part of ‘social distancing’ measures, Bridport Electric Palace will be temporarily closing as a venue from today.

Most of our March and April events have been postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date. A small number of events have been cancelled. We are aiming to announce new dates for the rescheduled events by the end of April.

We will let you know when the Electric Palace will be re-opening as soon as we are able to.

RESCHEDULED EVENTS

Tickets will remain valid for the new rescheduled date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you will be given an Electric Palace account credit. This credit can be used to buy tickets for other Electric Palace events.

Once a new date is confirmed, with the event promoters or film distributor, this information will be published on our website. We will also send an email to all our customers that have a valid email address attached to their account.

CANCELLED EVENTS

If an event is cancelled and you bought your ticket directly from The Electric Palace or Electric Lounge, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible (and hopefully within 5 working days). Please contact Bridport TIC if you bought your ticket from them.

We are working hard to reschedule as many performances as possible. This may take a few days, so please bear with us during this challenging and unprecedented situation.
