Account credit:Checking how much

Check Your Account Credit

Our ticketing system is run by SPEKTRIX.

They are working on a way to enable Bridport Electric Palace customers to check how much credit (if any) is on their account.

As at 1 May 2020, this could still take several weeks.

Our customers will typically have a credit on their account if :

  • An event has been rescheduled.
  • They asked to have an account credit when we contacted them about a cancelled event.
